My Name is Charles David (Joe) RYAN, I was the first Franchisee in the South Island and I am the Southernmost Franchisee in the World (at the moment) based in Oamaru.

I started with Jim’s Test & Tag about 1 ½ years ago. When I met Neil, James & Jayne, I was impressed by a team that were both committed to each other and the Test & Tag ethos. To work with a bunch of people who are committed to your success is refreshing in this day and age.
