I’m only just into my third month of being a franchisee with Jim’s Test & Tag. I cannot say it’s been easy gaining customers but like most new business it takes time to grow a customer business base.

Putting in the hard yards at the beginning hopefully pays dividends later. I have found it much as it was described to me prior to joining.

I have found the back up of my franchisor fantastic and he has been very supportive throughout. His enthusiasm and advice has been invaluable and it’s great to have him there to keep you motivated.
