At Fulton Hogan Group Projects we construct a diverse range of construction projects in a wide and diverse number of regions and areas; building a wide range of client requirements ranging from tunnels, roads, bridges, bulk earthworks, MSE Walls, concrete and pre caste work, environmental works and so on.
An area that provides constant frustration when working in multiple and often temporary locations is the compliance requirement for electrical inspection and tagging.
Ian Cox of Taupo’s Jim’s Test and Tag has
provided to the East Taupo Arterial Project the ideal vehicle for ease
of management of this often neglected task.
The use of the latest testing technology, bar coding and numbering of all tags issued, the immediate supply of both an electronic and hard copy register alleviates for Projects what is often an arduous and thankless task. Jim’s personnel are always cheerful, courteous, prompt and do not hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure that, from an electrical point of view, our workforce have safe and functional equipment available to use.
Due to robust systems and process there is never a need to chase Jim’s Test and Tag when the next lot of tagging is due – they book ahead, scheduling the next lot of inspection directly with our field staff, an enlightening and seamless process – wonderful!!!
