Training

As a Division we are committed to our training processes, both initially and on an ongoing basis. Our fifteen day Induction training course provides the Franchisee with a six day Certificate of Competency that is issued by Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology  and is recognized in New Zealand. We believe this to be the best and most comprehensive Certificate of Competency available in New Zealand.

We also provide comprehensive training on:

  • Sales and marketing
  • Time management
  • Communications
  • OH&S
  • Managing your business

Franchisees are encouraged to maintain skill levels by returning to our training sessions on an ongoing basis. They are also required to undertake continuing professional development units.
